Hi, since yesterday I have been trying to activate a PowerBI account with my work address with no sucess. I am from Brazil and my work address is [email protected] , when I try to register my address, it tells to go check my email to activate account, but email never arrives, checked spam, chatted with online rep, sent twitter messages, no sucess. Company website is: http://www.pmmg.mg.gov.br It seems Microsoft is not sending the email for some reason, it might be related to my domain, all corporate email address have the that domain. If somebody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I just verified that we are sending sign up email correct to other domains. Looks like your spam filter is removing them - can you have your admin register the account-this way you can just be added. Thanks Chuck - Status added:Completed
