Previously, the ability to have different artifacts open on different web tabs was enabled. This was beneficial if you wanted to differentiate what environments you were in, working across three different workspaces with artifacts named the same. Now, the UI doesn't take into consideration the different tabs open across the same account and combines them, making it more ambiguous and slowing down progress when you are constantly trying to hover and see which workspace the artifact belongs under while making changes across DEV, UAT, or PROD. The web tab separation provides an extra level of clarity, along with not clogging up the number of items open on any given tab. Since there is a limit of 20 items at a time, when combined it is very easy to hit this limit.
