power bi keeps initializing model

I tried to install the x64 version and it keeps hanging on Initialize Model , i installed .Net Framework 4.6 and internet Explorer 11 and it still not launching , i tried to uninstall it and re-install the x86 version and it didn't work also i really need your help ASAP
