Issue description – Unable to identify the requester based on Name Example – Received approval mail from Venu Vadlamudi as shown below but we have two Venu gopal Vadlamudi's with the same name though the mail ids and Org codes are different. Venu, gopal Vadlamudi (SGRE SE) [email protected] Venugopal Vadlamudi (SGRE OF) [email protected] However, in order for us to do any automation we would need to know the EMAIL of the requester, not the First name and surname. Having the email displayed either in the Subject or in the Body of the mail, that would allow us to do quite a lot of processes automatically. Best regards Venu gopal Vadlamudi Power BI Service Manager
