Update supported R Version

Currently the latest Version of R that is supported by Power BI is 3.4.4 from 2018. Many usefull packages that came out after are not supported with that version (e.g. tidyverse or some visualizations from ggplot2). It would be a great benefit, if the supported version could be updated to the actual one.
