Provide API to update rows in an uploaded dataset

- Its really needed that we be able to update the rows in the dataset.
- Users expect to update data in a database all the time so if a dataset is meant to mirror some exported parts of a database then updates are very important.
- Agree. If we can do this, we can create the perfect provisioning custom bi solution using provisioning rest api and dataset rest api. (not creating custom content pack)

- Since update is mentioned, should also do delete as well. There is another "idea" with deleting a subset; this feature, with optional key identifier (no key, no updates) for updates and deletes hopefully will do handle delete as well.
- Yes! a way to get the data from a dataset would be great!
- Any news on this. Really important to us.
- In order to be able to have realtime data there needs to be a way to do an update. This could mean the ability to delete a specific row and then add a new row but update would be preferable.
