Provide API to update rows in an uploaded dataset

I'm stuck with a simple service because this feature is not available. Neither does it seem possible to create a unique primary key in the tables to avoid duplicate entries. Not sure how this does not have priority over other features.

Power BI is useless from a buisness standpoint. We tried using it for a while but they only add features noone asked for and don't implement what users need. Our company running in 63 countries has now finally decided to transfer to functioning dashboard software.

Is there any timeline on this? We have a project and I want to use Power BI for it but Update is needed. Delete/Insert will produce inaccurate stats on the report and it is a waste of resources besides.
