The new modern Microsoft is currently using telemetry data (among other things) to allocate resources for development. It would be useful, from an end-user perspective, to see a high-level report. For example, there is often more then one way to do things, but normally one method is preferred and is more actively development due to its high usage. Equally, for the less known features, community speakers\bloggers will be able to actively see, before I started preaching about feature Y, only this small percentage of users used it, now, a much larger percentage of users. The other knock-on affect is that there will be a list of areas that some users may not be aware of. This data would be idea to be published as a content pack in PowerBI.
