In large enterprises, workspace creation is usually managed by a central CoE team. Admins should be able to assign tags to workspaces when these are created. These tags should be locked, with option to edit/delete them only by admins, and not by worksapce users. This will ensure consistent tagging to drive admins decisions (f.e. chargeback, resource allocation).
