Support for ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly switch when creating Fabric connection to Azure SQL MI
Currently, there is no option to use the switch 'ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly' when creating a Fabric connection to Azure SQL Managed Instance or Azure SQL Database read-scale out replicas.
With this option unavailable, we are unable to utilize the read-scale out replicas for reporting purposes. This undermines the value of these read-only replicas and our investment in the Business Critical/Premium tiers.
