The new feature thew shows up on April Feature Summary of power bi desktop is very nice, but would be great to use a unic data set, to provide information for more than one work group. Imagine you publish a dataset, then you create various dashboards on select groups, each one with a diferent view of the data, but no need to have various datasets and manager a largue number os sincronizations, a unic dataset with the help of RLS can be used to provide information for a number of work groups.

- This would enable individual users to publish their own reports using the same dataset, without either: - everyone having to put their reports in the same workspace - or everyone having to have the own identical version of the dataset Makes complete sense for efficiency and consistency.
- This will be really helpful to have enterprise wide data models across Organization. On top of model if we add "Perspectives" or use Customized Roles , we can use same data set across reports. No data will be duplicated across app workspaces / redundant copies / extra data refreshes. This will help us to bring One version of truth across Organization!
