SQLEndPoint in Mirrored Database

It would be great if we could make the SQL endpoint in a mirrored database case-insensitive. I’m referring to column names, table names, and values inside columns. By default, everything is case-sensitive, and since we couldn't bring stored procedures from Azure SQL Server, we have to re-create them manuallyc while the endpoint is case-sensitive and it makes things difficult.
