Currently there are no proactive alerts that are generated when there is a unplanned outage or service degradation in Power BI Service. The Fabric status page also do not reflect the actual status during an outage. We encountered this issue recently and Microsoft support acknolwegded that there are no alerts generated today for unplanned outages and requested to submit it as an idea. Power BI is a vital tool for our organization, and we heavily rely on it for critical business operations.Therefore, any known or unforeseen outages must be communicated to us to prevent disruptions to business continuity.
I request that this gap be escalated to the relevant team for further evaluation and enhancement to ensure seamless operations.
