Power BI REST API to Create App

I would like to request the Product team to review for new API to create App within a workspace. My team currently utlizies quite a a few REST API to setup workspaces and security all using Power App/Power Automate. We would like to extend our automation to creating App within a workspace and possibly setup Audiences in future. Right now we setup the "Create App" and audience manually. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Also allow contributors to update the App as a REST API call.

Ability to Create or Update workspace app is the one gap left in Power BI Azure Pipeline deployments. Please can this added.

Currently, the Power BI REST API has APIs to Get apps. But, no APIs to create an app, configure it, managing audiences for the app, or publishing the app, Either update the Power BI REST API or the Microsoft Fabric REST API.
