It would be very helpful to be able to configure the map layout. Currently I'm lacking features like - display district / state borders - display only major cities - display no woods or rivers or lakes - display no streets Most of these additional map informations confuses our users and hinders them from gaining insight. The map configuration features in Tableau are way better for example.
