Multiple Value - Custom List Filter

A report filter with the ability to copy a list of data, be it numerical or text, from an excel document and paste it into a filter allowing for the visualization to update. This would be similar to a Multiple Values - Custom List filter in a competitors visualization software. Real world example: If you have a data set that is made up of 100,000 SKUs and you want to analyze a list of 100 SKUs with different attributes, but the only thing you are interested is this custom list. If this is already an Idea I am happy to vote that up and remove this post. Thanks for your help.

This is a very helpful feature, problem that we are facing right now is to shift from excel to pbi and there's a lot of excel features that power bi can do. This definitely one of it. Another is freezing columns in table.

Come on Microsoft! Why isn't this available yet? Now we have major issues with the Filter By List and Mass Filter custom visuals, and nowhere to turn for a slicer where we can paste a list of values and sync across tabs. Completely ridiculous this isn't standard feature in Power BI. I've spent my whole day being bombarded by people trying to do their job and questioning why the Filter By List isn't working. AND there's no easy way to communicate to thousands of users, so this is costing us big time.

This feature is highly appreciated by lots of employees in my company (Siemens Healthineers). Any Updates when this feature will be available?

I cannot believe that this has not been implemented yet. What a basic requirement. How many years has this issue been open? Competitor tools have allowed this what seems like forever. Do they even look at how a competitor might do something better?
