Matrix table with additional field?

We visualize daily figures for our meetings - these values don´t make any sense without a target. We didn´t found any way to do that with the standard tables - so we use a trick - but would like to have that feature. So a table with i.e. a production line, daily values and a target in front: Target Mo Tu We Fri Line 1 80% 70% 75... Thanks
