Issue with Custom Data Labels Setting in Power BI Server

Problem Description:

When publishing a visual from Power BI Desktop version February 2024 to Power BI Server, the Custom Data Labels setting is not being applied as expected. Instead of displaying the custom field data labels specified in Power BI Desktop, the visual shows the default field data labels.
