Issue while publishing the report after applying RLS second time

I have a Report which is RLS applied for few members and published to a group. Next time I have added RLS for new person and tried to publish(Override) the same dataset in the same group but getting error while publishing the report second time.Could you please suggest me how to avoid this issue? Do I need to delete and recreate all the RLS and publish each time?if this is the case it is not a feasible solution.
