The ask is to integrate something like Azure Monitor/Log analytics or a better solution to centralize the logs within Fabric.
In particular, it must be possible for semantic model and Power BI report developers to see the individual queries (M, dax, or sql) executed by their artifact to purposefully evaluate its performance.

Hi Marco_Marsilli1, thanks for the idea! We do have a feature called workspace monitoring (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/fundamentals/workspace-monitoring-overview) for that. It provides the log of semantic model operation and will cover the logs of more items in the near future. Please let us know whether it meets your need. Thanks!

It would be great if there would be an option to apply this setting on tenant level. In our enterprise, there is the requirement to send all of those observability data via Open Telemetry to our monitoring stack. Adjusting this setting manually for each workspace is not an option.- +1 to being able to apply workspace monitoring on the tenant-level (and maybe create a new workspace where the monitoring resources are centralized for the tenant?) There are a lot of operational problems with configuring this at the workspace level at-scale.
