Enhance Bookmarks with Expression Logic (fx) for Conditional Actions

Currently, drillthrough and page navigation actions in Power BI support dynamic expressions, enabling context-aware navigation. Extending this capability to bookmarks would unlock powerful scenarios—like displaying a tooltip or layered visual only when a specific selection is made on a visual.

This would

• reduce visual clutter,
• improve storytelling,
• and bring parity across navigation features.

For instance, activating a "ranking insight" tooltip via bookmark only when a product is selected would be both intuitive and impactful. Supporting (fx) on bookmark actions could pave the way for conditional overlays, animations, and tutorial flows triggered by user interactions.
