Enabling Python execution through the Enterprise Gateway would:
- Allow secure and automated refreshes of Python-powered dataflows and reports.
- Remove the need for local Python installations or manual refreshes.
- Enhance Power BI’s analytics capabilities by integrating modern data science workflows.
- Improve consistency between development (Power BI Desktop) and production (Service) environments.
This feature would make Power BI more suitable for organizations that rely on Python-based ETL, data science, or machine learning preprocessing steps, without compromising governance or scalability.
