Dynamic Subscriptions - Security - Provide options to encrypt and apply sensitivity labels

When creating a dynamic subscription, provide options to encrypt e-mails and attachments. e.g. Microsoft Purview Message Encryption.

Where sensitivity labels are applied then permit that information to be included in the generated e-mails.
