Dataflow Gen2: Append With Dynamic Schema

When we use Append mode in Dataflow Gen2, make it possible to add columns in the dataflow and this will automatically be written to the data destination (similar to .mode("append").option("mergeSchema", "true") in Spark).

This is needed both for Fabric Lakehouse and Fabric Warehouse.
