Also experiencing this issue, I publish reports with RLS for 2000+ users so need to change the contact to a central, shared inbox between the team so as to not be inundated with requests in my personal inbox. Important for consistency as mentioned above - if someone else in the team publishes some changes the contact changes to their name.
