In workspaces we have 4 different roles Admin, Member, Contributor, and Viewer. Foe each group there are different types of permissions. Instead of ready made roles will PBI implement custom made role permissions like policies in azure to create different level of permissions.
Keep ready made ones and give admins the privilege of creating their own permissions for different roles.
