Create a Streaming Analytics Dataset

I'd like to create a new Streaming Analytics Dataset where I can define the tables and their columns with data types. Then have the ability to use the Query Editor to manipulate those columns making new columns and/or measures. So the idea would be I create a new streaming analytics job in Auzre and point it to PowerBI and it would allow me to select this already created dataset. As data flows into the dataset PowerBI would apply all the transformation steps to the data as it enters the system. This would allow me to control the data types, cleansing of the data, making new columns from other columns, etc... Making Streaming Analytics MUCH MORE ROBUST! Right now I can't even change a column from the streaming analytics service to NOT be summarized?!? I can't present the current value? 😞 I have to average or use max values when I just want to present the current value in a gauge.
