Constant Line Formatting Capability

I would like to suggest additional formatting features for constant lines. Since these are lines that can be used to highlight or call out certain data points, it would seem fitting to add more such as expanding the features of data labels (having backgrounds on those labels, font sizes and types, etc.) or being able to change the line, markers, being able to use icons, conditional formatting etc.  In addition, I want to be able to apply the formatting to ALL or individual constant lines.
