Please allow the connection to Dataflows' entities from Excel's Power Query. There are many cases when customers use Excel and not Power BI. But Dataflows can make the refresh process much faster for them. Thanks

- doy_nNew MemberIt would also be useful to Power BI users too.
- nilPower2018New MemberWill be great to have it. Speed of Power Query in Excel to process data is so slow when you need to shape the data.
- mgrosseNew MemberVery important to data model prototyping together with Excel users - they are used to seeing data in a certain way. This is a half-way house for them to help with validation of data before they get Power BI reports which look and feel very different to what an Excel user is used to. Further, it might even enable historical Excel type use-cases on larger datasets. Please, Redmond. Listen up!
- joe_leeNew Memberconnect to dataflows from both Excel and Excel Power Query would be ideal.
- mboachieNew MemberThis please
- AlisherNew MemberMust to be available
- CEZHNew Memberwe try to use dataflow as our data lake, data depository, and can be used by either Power BI reports or Excel users.
- simon_vanrijnswNew MemberNeed this to be available
- james_kaelinNew MemberThis would be good idea and it would help complete the whole vision/functionality of Dataflows and drive adoption.
- STargayNew MemberThis connector should have been available as soon as MS launched dataflows. It's only half-implemented with access to the dataflow not available in Excel.
