I'm not convinced that concluded this to be 'by design' is really listening to the users with this one, as I feel this one is a pretty significant shortcoming for the matrix visual..? I find this to be a constant bugbear when many of my matrix visuals require large amounts of non-numeric/informational rows preceding the value fields, which pushes the values fields off the end of the available page space in the report (making the scroll bar impossible to use anyway!). Would it be possible to simply have TWO scroll bars at the bottom? One for the Values section, and another one for the preceding data/information section, which would visually appear a bit like a 'split screen' view in Excel?
