Add Combine Files from OneLake in DFGen2

We should be able to load and combine multiple files having the same schema from a OneLake folder just like we could from ADLS, Blob, or even SharePoint.  

I just don't understand why the combine files option is disabled when the files are saved in OneLake.  This is a pretty significant limitation of DFs utility.
