Solution SageI did not quiet understand the question in your last post.
Do you want to remove the "Edit in Power BI Desktop" option on some users?
If so you need change the access on folder level and remove "Build".

sorry ...when open it show me "administrator" i want to sign in with anathor user How can i do that ?
