powerbi app can not find azure AAD group

Dear,

 

I am using azure portal in China, but powerbi is global, I need refresh powerbi dataset from azure data factory, I created AAD group in azure, but when I try to grant permission to the specified group, it errored the group can not be found, can anyone tell me how to work on this problem? thanks a lot!
