gracias

Hello .

We have applications in our prowerBI PRO service for internal and external use.

We want to access these from our portal but passing the credentials first so that it does not request them and use a PowerBI PRO license from the domain to access the applications that license can use.

Can you recommend me how to do it?

thank you

Hi @asanchez ,

If I understand correctly, you want to share the report with the users who have no pro license. There are several methods to get it:

1. Publish to web: If the report include confidential or proprietary information, it is not recommended to use this feature. Because anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. Viewing requires no authentication.

2. The report which will be shared with others located in Premium capacity

3. And about sharing the report with external users, you can refer the following official documentation

Distribute Power BI content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B

In addition, you can get some insight from the thread below.

Solved: Share Powerbi Report with Non PowerBi users outsid...

I have already implemented what you are telling me, they ask me to go one step further.
What I'm looking for is to connect a report with parameters from a dynamic Netcore application.

The first thing would be connecting to the service with a PowerBI Professional license passing the credentials and then accessing the report to filter its content with the parameters that I would add to its URL.

is this possible with a PowerBI PRO license....?

How do I connect to the service from c#?

thank you
