metadata catalog for each visual

Is there a definitive source or documentation of how to get the metadata for Power BI Service and Report Server?

I am looking for

• Dashboards (GetGroupsAsAdmin are helpful)
• Reports (GetGroupsAsAdmin might help)
• Pages (GetGroupsAsAdmin might be it)
• Visuals (need to know the field names supporting each visual)
• Datasets (GetGroupsAsAdmin)
• User information for each of the items above

Is there API or non-API route to be able to obtain this information?
