losing data while upgrading Azure IoT Hub

Hello,

We are hoping that you might be able to help us with our problem,

We are working with streaming data generated by a sensor. We did use IoT Hub as the input for our Stream Analytics job and Power BI as the output. Now, we are willing to migrate from IoT HubFree tier to the Basic B1 tier. We want to be sure before upgrading that we will not lose the old Hybrid dataset (Dashboard and report)  created in Power BI service.
