javascript API with Power BI Services and or Desktop

Hi Experts

Whats the best way to anwser the following questions. What i am trying to do is develop a report using any db in the company. I want to have the ability once the report or dashboard has been developed whether or not it has been published to Power BI Service, to call the report either in power bi desktop or service as a image using Javascript API with power bi and publish that image of the report or dashboard into a 3rd party software which is similiar to MS word.

If possible has that report/dashboard as an interactive report too.
