exclude chart from all other table filters

Hi Team,

I have one chart ( State wise team count ) which I want to exclude from all the filters that I have created form other tables -

becase If I am filtering data by month then as per actvity data , team count is also getting filtered which is incorrect.

Team count chart should be static as per correct data. It can not be changed by month.

How to do this in my chart ? Pls help me
