develop Matrix visual

Hi everyone,

I need to edit the Matrix visual.

1. Τhe entries in the left column remain frozen (even if I filter the data)
2. Customize the bars when using conditional formatting

Is there any possibility to do this by my self programmatically and what I need to do this e.g download the matrix visual code sample etc.
