Whys is no ok button avialable? How to apply changes?

Have you tried on a larger/regular size monitor?
No i just have screen of size of 1143 x 643
Try on a larger monitor. Minimum expected canvas size seems to be 1280x720
yes, I have only one device with a screen size of 1920x1080(14-inch screen laptop).
Try setting the display scale on that display to 100%
