Unable to work with the PBI Visual template solution from GIT Hub

Hi,

I am trying to create a custom visual. I followed the steps under Getting Started in  "https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals".

When I opened one of the .ts file in the solution from the source folder in my VS IDE, it shows error as below along with various other errors such Cannot find namespace JSCommon,Cannot find name IVisual etc. .

There was no error when I restored all the dependencies using the cmd npm install. But how can I ensure all the dependencies has been added ?

If not added, how can I refer the libs for JSCommon, IVisual?

Again I am gettting error in devTool PBi also, when I copied the code from one of the .ts file to the devTool IDE.

 Update 1:

I removed the forked source folder and started once again from beginning by forking the Git Hu folder again. Then it worked.

Any help appreciated.
