Unable to connect the Azure Data Explorer from PowerBI Tool and Kusto Explorer Tool

I am the Azure Data Explorer Admin in the portal.

I am unable to connect the Azure Data Explorer from PowerBI tool.
Getting the error - 

Access to the Resource is forbidden.

And while i am trying to connect from the Kusto Explorer Tool, i am getting the error -
