I have a landing page report with links(hyperlinks) of all my other reports and pinned landing page report to Dashboard.

Is there any way to give access to all reports to all users  who have access to Dashboard?

Is there is any REST API to give access to report based on permissions to another report?

AFAIK, the only apporach at this moment is add the users to the workspace group by calling Add group user. Note that "Currently, you can only add admin users."
