I used the DateStream provided by Azure Marketplace in my desktop file and published to PowerBI. When I go to set up a refresh using my enterprise gateway, I don't know how or what to use to set it up. unfortunately since PowerBI is "all or nothing" I can't set up a refresh schedule for the rest of the dataset unless I can get this to work as well.
Do you mean Azure DataMarket?

That is being discontinued shortly. Across the top of that page I'm seeing:
"DataMarket and Data Services are being retired and will stop accepting new orders after 12/31/2016. Existing subscriptions will be retired and cancelled starting 3/31/2017."
I usually generate my own in the Query Editor. There are many patterns you can follow e.g. google for "power query date table". I like this approach (built using UI, not script/function):

Once you have a result you are happy with, you can copy it from one .PBIX file to another.
This removes the need for a gateway.
