Selecting Specific column

Hi,

I'm trying to make my first custom visual and i'm running into a problem.
At the moment i'm working with a table dataViewMapping and I'm trying to select two columns and generate a new calculated column from them.

What I'm strugling with at the moment is being able to put the columns into the Visualization panel like the how it's done for the specific column section in the standard table visual.

Can someone help me or link documentation/example over how it is done.

Thanks in advance.
