Scheduled Refresh failed for Microsoft Defender API report

Hi, I have downloaded Power BI template 'vulnerabilities_report_V6_full_dataset.pbit' from GitHub repository as follows:

https://github.com/microsoft/MicrosoftDefenderForEndpoint-PowerBI/tree/master/TVM/TVM%20report%20tem...

I would like to create a seperate report for each of the tenants that I manage, but connect to them all from my primary tenant.

To acheive this, I have tried to modify the Data Source settings from this template to use 'Anonymous' authentication.
This connects to the Odata source(es) using the Application ID, TenantGUID, and ApplicationSecret configured when creating the App registration/ connectivity to the Microsoft Defender API.

This works fine when I connect /refresh the data in Power BI Desktop, however the published report fails to refresh data with the following error:

Hoping someone can help resolve this issue

Kind Regards

Mike

Did you find a solution for this? It's possible to connect to the application, but the data is not in the correct OData format.

Hi @mheagerty ,

According to the error message, it seems that privacy level setting cause the error. Did you involve multiple data sources in the report? Please review this official documentation and check if it be set the proper privacy level for every data source.
