Look at the partner companies that provide "Dashboard in a Day" etc training on behalf of Microsoft. They will be able to give you their consulting cost lists.
If you have a PRO license and experience a production issue then you can submit a Pro ticket to Microsoft, and it will be addressed rather quickly.
