@lbendlin , thanks for your concern about this case. I tried to create a sample data myself based on the user's requirement and implemented the result. Please check if there is anything that can be improved. Here is my solution:

Hi  @sgmanjunath ,

I created some data:

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create measure.

QoQ =
var _current=
MINX(FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Qu]=MAX('Table'[Qu])&&'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])),[date])
var _lastmaxdate=
MAXX(
   FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])&&'Table'[date]<_current),[date])
var _lastqu=
MAXX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])&&'Table'[date]=_lastmaxdate),[Qu])
var _sumxcurrent=
SUMX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),
    'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])&&'Table'[Qu]=MAX('Table'[Qu])),[Amount])
var _sumxlast=
SUMX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),
    'Table'[Group]=MAX('Table'[Group])&&'Table'[Qu]=_lastqu),[Amount])
return
_sumxcurrent - _sumxlast

2. Result:
