Python script modifies my database in the wrong way

Hello!

I run the python script in power BI for cleaning up null data, but it ends up modifying the database by

changing the position of the comma! 

In some data it adds the value 0 in the last house and in others it makes the comma move a house to the right

I've tried passing the database to point (.) as a decimal operator but I can't!

Can anyone help me?
