Hi,
I am trying to Convert a table that my manager currently manually inputs data into on Excel (see below). The data is a RAG report with six Operational metrics which requires a RAG for each one. Overall, Team, Client, Delivery, Partner, and Finance.
The data comes from a SharePoint list which does not record historical data so my first issue was to create a running database to house all the historical data. I did this by inputting the data manually from her table to a new one on Excel and the setting up a PowerAutomate flow to monthly pull the data from the SharePoint list into the Excel sheet. I realise Excel is possibly not the best choice of programmes to use as a database for this but I was unsure of what else to use. Any suggestions on easier ways to do this are more than welcome.
My major issue though is in actually representing this data when I have it gathered. I cannot find a way in PowerBI to mimic that sort of table. The formatting of the Table and Matrix visuals aren't very conducive to showing all six metrics grouped under each project, month on month. Let alone then showing change from the previous month.
Below are a couple of designs I tinkered with, neither of which I am happy with.
Any thoughts on a better way to present this or new ways to utilise visuals would be really helpful. Thank you in advance!!

Hi @HarryClark ,
According to your screenshot, I think matrix should be a good workaround to display your data.
You can try to add Porject Number and Project Name into matrix Row fields and then turn off stepped layout.
