Problem with real-time source dashboard

Hi all!

Some days ago I saw the following video on youtube regarding do a RealTime app in PowerBI  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WA9pm68o1rQ&ab_channel=atSistemas)
The video has the audio in Spanish but anyway he is doing all the work step by step in the video so the audio is not necessary.

In the video, we can see how he uses an app that sends jsons to API url generated in PowerBI as a realtime data source and how we can see the values refreshing in real-time in the custom visualizations. (minute 11:00 in the video)

I tried to do the same work until here and it works fine showing my info in real-time.

My problem is the process that he does from minute 13:00 to 18:20 in the video. He created a chart coming from powerbi desktop and pinned it to the cloud dashboard and it was showing the info in real-time.

When I tried to do the same steps with my development the result that I got is that for the custom charts (4 options from min 11:00) that I introduced from the cloud it worked fine, but repeating the same process from that to include a powerbi chart  it didn't work. And the data coming in real-time was not displayed in this chart. Is because I have a free account and I need pro at least?

Thanks in advance!
